As I look at the growth of Converzent Technologies over the years since our inception in 2012, I am extremely proud of what we have achieved, and even more excited about our outlook for an equally promising future. Together we have transitioned from a local startup to a global leader in IT Industry. But the things that are not changed with the passage of time and with the growth are some foundational ethics like our commitments to providing exceptional client service and to living our core values, Excellence in Everything, Leadership by Example, Integrity and Transparency, Focus on the Client and Employee Centered.

Customer satisfaction is the hallmark by which we measure our performance and it is satisfying to know that we are able to help our clients to build the strategic blueprints that enable them to connect and operate pivotal aspect of their business more efficiently and economically.

We are working hard to generate new growth for Converzent Technologies by focusing more on customer satisfaction through our quality work, enhancing our management expertise, raising the value of our subsidiaries and affiliates, reviewing each of our businesses depending on its current lifecycle stage, and shifting our focus to business segments with the greatest potential. Our frontline professionals have been showing their ingenuity, reducing costs and efficiently swapping out assets to optimize their portfolios. We can assume that the world is going for big moves in coming future and we must be ready to adapt new technologies accordingly. Therefore, in addition to strengthening our existing business, we shall also be following a broader five year growth plan.

Converzent Technologies, initially founded in the year 2012 by IT professionals who had rich experience of IT industry with a mission to create and provide innovative software solutions to aid and support global customers in their business.
Taking the initial form of a private partnership under the Indian Partnership Act, the company established its headquarters in Mohali, India. Soon the company started gaining popularity in clients local as well as worldwide.
In 2014, the company acquired an already established IT company E-Sharp Technologies. The merger between the two companies was a milestone in growth of Converzent Technologies in terms of client base in UK, USA, Australia, Japan, Germany, France, Italy, Ireland and most of the Arab Countries.
The founders of the company, after in depth study of market trends, instigated an office in Southville, London (UK) in 2015, to facilitate and provide better services to its clients based in European Countries.
In this short span of its existence, Converzent Technologies needs no introduction in its field of services, with rising number of clients globally today.
